You play an important role in what we do.
As a Prisma Health team member, your dedication and commitment to our purpose inspires us each day. The Prisma Health Upstate Foundation serves the organization by partnering with team members, community businesses, organizations, individuals, and families to raise funds to support capital projects, research, scholarships, equipment, Child Life programs and so many more needed services in the Upstate.
Your donation to the Miracle Team Member Giving Campaign can be directed to support an area of your choice. The Center for Integrative Oncology & Survivorship program, The Canine F.E.T.C.H. program, the Roger C. Peace UCAN (Upstate Community Abilities Network) program, the Nursing Excellence Fund, the ALS Clinic, the Cerebrovascular & Stroke Center, and the B.K. Bryan Neonatal Intensive Care Unit are just a few of our services and programs supported through philanthropic funds. Or you may choose to designate your gift to our greatest current need, which includes the Employee C.A.R.E. Fund.
Your gift can be a one-time or recurring donation and can easily be made through payroll deduction.
Thank you again for all you do as we continue our journey to transform the healthcare experience for the patients, families, and communities we have the privilege to serve. #PrismaProud

Demonstrating compassion through the C.A.R.E. Fund
As a non-profit health care system, Prisma Health operates a Crisis Assistance Reaching Employees (C.A.R.E.) Fund to support team members experiencing financial distress due to an unexpected hardship. The Workforce Wellness team accepts and reviews C.A.R.E. Fund applications and grants awards of up to $300 per team member for assistance with items like utility bills and groceries. More than 2,500 team members have applied for emergency assistance through the C.A.R.E. Fund in the last year.

Comforting children through the #WeCare Campaign
When you support the Miracle Team campaign, you select where you’d like your dollars at work. Hundreds of team members choose to support the #WeCare Campaign, which positively impacts children and families at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital – Upstate, by purchasing needed items such as book bags, healthy distraction toys, toys, pediatric summer camps and more.

Inspiring Health through Adaptive Sports via Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital.
The Prisma Health Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital Rollin’ Tigers are a group of young athletes ages 5-13 who play in the Southeast Conference of the National Wheelchair Basketball Association (NWBA). In March 2023, the Rollin’ Tigers won the National Championship game in the junior division of the NWBA National Wheelchair Basketball Tournament in Wichita, Kansas, but they couldn’t have done it without your support.
